For online purchases, the Product (s) shall be submitted for exchange/credit to LAPHINY within 20 days from the date of shipment in original condition, and original packaging. Exchange must be accompanied by initial sales receipt. We do not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged. Sale-priced products, or products marked as “Final Sale” at time of order are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. LAPHINY will not issue any credit towards the return of sale Product.

Exchanges/credits will be processed within 7 to 10 business days of receipt. Please note that shipping charges for any exchange item(s) are the customer's responsibility at the point of exchanges. LAPHINY will not assume any liability for reimbursement or compensation in the event that returned package(s) are lost, stolen, or mishandled by the courier. All duties & taxes will be solely customer responsiblity, for international shipping duties may apply upon shipping.
