SHIPPING & TRACKING
Your order is import. Once your order is processed, it will be mailed within 10-20 business days depending on the current stock. We will notify you should there be any delays or updates of your order. If you have any requests regarding carrier options, shipment upgrades, insurance, and/or international shipping, please contact us at info@laphiny.com.
TAXES & DUTIES
Taxes are calculated at California state / county codes. All other duties & taxes for international shipping will be customers responsibility.
EXCHANGE/CREDIT POLICY
LAPHINY.com does not accept returns at this time. However, we do offer even exchanges and returns for credit to LAPHINY. If you feel the merchandise you have received is damaged, please contact info@laphiny.com for a replacement or repair.

For online purchases, the Product (s) shall be submitted for exchange/credit to LAPHINY within 20 days from the date of shipment in original condition, and original packaging. Return must be accompanied by initial sales receipt. We do not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged. Sale-priced products, or products marked as “Final Sale” at time of order are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. LAPHINY will not issue any credit towards the return of said Product.

Exchanges/credits will be processed within 7 to 15 business days of receipt. Please note that shipping charges for any returned item(s) are the customer's responsibility at the point of refund. LAPHINY will not assume any liability for reimbursement or compensation in the event that returned package(s) are lost, stolen, or mishandled by the courier.

LAPHINY reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above guidelines. Exchanges of products that do not comply with the return policy may be accepted at the sole discretion of LAPHINY.
